In last 12 months my office has noticed an alarming number of debt driven applications pouring in. An ever increasing number of families face an overwhelming debt to credit cards and the CRA. It’s heartbreaking to watch how many families are negatively affected by devastating levels of debt.

On a daily basis I listen to harrowing stories of individuals who have reached out to other mortgage brokers for help and got refused. I get frustrated every time I see my clients whose financial desperation leads them to contact bankruptcy trustees or some unlicensed, shady characters in the unregulated “debt elimination” industry.
